Jordan M.

I grew up in Barrie, ON and knew from a very young age that I wanted to work within the animal industry. That journey began when I completed my degree in Animal Science at the University of Guelph in 2021. After graduating, I packed my car up to move to BC to take some time to travel before I pursue my graduate school endeavours.

Working in swine barns and studying large animals at UofG is where my interest in animal behaviour and welfare stemmed. My passion for animal welfare is ever growing and I love that I can help improve animal welfare daily. Within the past couple of years, I have also developed an interest in holistic care and improving overall health through nutrition.

My favourite part about working in the animal industry is that I get to continuously learn new things and educate myself daily. I love sharing this knowledge with clients, friends, and family whenever people come to me with questions or concerns with their pets.

On my spare time you can find me snowboarding, golfing, playing soccer, hockey, hiking, or cuddled up with my kitties and my kobo.
